We stand behind our products with a 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase, you have 90 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.
How to Start a Return or Refund Email us at hello@kinetick9.com with your order number and a quick note about the issue, and we'll reply with next steps. Please don't send any item back before contacting us first.
Eligibility Your request must be made within 90 days of delivery. Because our products are made to be used and chewed by dogs, normal use will not disqualify you from our guarantee.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, email hello@kinetick9.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Refunds Once your return or refund is approved, we'll process the refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time to appear on your statement.
Return Shipping In many cases we may issue your refund or replacement without requiring you to ship the item back. If a return is needed, we'll let you know when you contact us.
Return Address If a return is required, we'll provide the return address when you contact us at hello@kinetick9.com.
Exchanges Need a different item? Email hello@kinetick9.com and we'll help arrange an exchange, subject to availability.
Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received an approved refund after the timeframe above, check with your bank or card issuer first, then contact us at hello@kinetick9.com.
