Where we ship We currently ship within the United States.
Processing time Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Delivery time Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 1–2 weeks. Total time from order to doorstep is usually 8–15 business days.
Shipping cost
- Free shipping on all orders over $80
- Orders under $80 ship at a flat rate of $5
Tracking You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, email us at hello@kinetick9gear.com and we'll look into it.
Delays Carrier delays, weather, and peak seasons can occasionally push delivery beyond the usual window. If your order hasn't arrived within 21 business days, contact us and we'll make it right.
Wrong address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll reship it once you cover the reshipping cost. Email us as soon as possible if you spot a mistake — if the order hasn't dispatched yet, we can usually correct it.
Lost or damaged in transit If your order arrives damaged or tracking shows it as delivered but you don't have it, email hello@kinetick9gear.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll sort out a replacement or refund.
