Shipping policy

**Where We Ship**
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

**Order Processing**
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after they're placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You'll get a confirmation email when you order, and a shipping confirmation with tracking once it's on the way.

**Shipping Times**
Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days after processing, depending on your location. Your total wait is processing time plus shipping time.

**Shipping Cost**
Shipping is free on the Impulse + Target 3-Pack and the Pack Leader Bundle. The single Impulse Bungee Tug ships for a flat $5 within the United States. Any shipping charge is always shown at checkout before you pay.

**Tracking**
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to begin updating.

**Delays**
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Shipping times can be affected by carrier delays, weather, high-volume periods, or other factors outside our control.

**Incorrect Addresses**
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you spot a mistake, email hello@kinetick9gear.com as soon as possible and we'll try to fix it before your order ships.

**Lost, Stuck, or Missing Packages**
If your tracking hasn't updated or your package appears lost, email us at hello@kinetick9gear.com and we'll help track it down and make it right.
